Refund Policy

We usually provide the best product service to ensure the highest level of product efficiency. However, we apologize to our clients if you face difficulties for using the item feel free to contact us.

There you will not get refund for digital items except some following circumstances:

  • You ordered the desired product but you got another product.
  • The description of the item is not related to the product.
  • If you have requested assistance and have not received a response within 3 business days, you will get a return.

In the following circumstances, we retain the right to reject a refund

  • Your intention is changed and decided to take another product.
  • You have chosen the product mistakenly and after accessing you contact for changing it.
  • Your staff purchased the item using a company account, after reviewing you asked for change or refund.
  • If you ask for support from us regarding any issue but you are not interested to provide cpanel access to us..

Please keep in mind that:

  • It may take up to 10 days for a refund to appear in your account.
  • We usually charge a 10% processing fee for refunds.
  • Company will not provide any support if you violate the policies. Therefore, you may communicate with the support team and the initiatives taken will be the last decision and attempt.
  • You will not get the access to the product once you will ask for the refund at the moment.
